How can I make an order?

Indicate please code of product, color and size (according our size chart). If you have any wishes regarding the design, we will gladly consider them.

When I have to pay for my order?

To start the production you pay 30% of the order value as an advance. The remaining 70% you pay when the product is ready for shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Amore Eterno accepts bank transfer and transfer throught payment system (ex. Western Union).

Payment details you will got on your e-mail after after confirmation of your order

How long does the production take?

Oreder preparing during 3-4 weeks from the moment of advance payment.

Do you provide any warranty on products?

Amore Eterno covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under the European law. 
The products warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Amore Eterno will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item.

Do I pay any taxes after receiving the parcel?

Inside the European Unian the goods can move freely, without any further VAT taxes.

What parts of dress I can remove or change?

Designers can make for you changes in:

- the length of the sleeves, the train or remove them at all;

- the depth of the decollete and the neckline on the back; 

- replacing the transparent corset on a satin-based corset;

- reduce or increase the amount of decor and lace

Unfortunately we can`t make a combination from corset of one model and skirt of another model. We guarantee individual approach to solve your request.

Can I order a dress of the big size?

The maximum size of the mermaid silhouette dress is 46, for the other silhouettes - 52-54.
